Popeyes Chicken delivered exactly what I anticipated from a top-notch fast-food stop. The food met expectations, and the restaurant itself was impressively clean. The friendly staff ensured a positive experience, promptly wiping down tables as soon as diners left. Overall, a satisfying visit that combines flavorful food with a clean and welcoming environment.

I watched an employee stick his bare hands (without gloves) into the fries and chicken multiple times and then proceeded to eat the food. He never washed his hands and continued to box up meals. Mind you the back is open to the dinning area so he clearly didn’t care that customers were witnessing him do this. Another employee wore the same gloves to handle the money and the food without switching out her gloves. Not to mention my order was incorrect…twice. I’m truly disgusted.

Table was clean and food was good, but they were understaffed and took a little while to get the food out (15+ mins)

Got my order wrong and chicken was bloody! This used to be really good! Don't know what happened! Tried them a second time Chicken wasn't done again, got sick this time!

I ordered through the drive-thru it took 15 minutes to get to the window and ordered a 16 piece chicken only And when they told me my total was $3 and some change I questioned what my order was. For 5 minutes they mingled and kept asking questions after looking at other people's orders trying to find mine and proceeded to tell me they were going to have to re-enter my order. So after spending 20 minutes leading on my order that they didn't even have They wanted me to continue waiting. Needles to say I left empty-handed because my baby was already frustrated. I understood having to wait the original 15 minutes but to not even get my order at that point I was very frustrated.
