Kind personnel food was decent but the cost is exaggerated

This has to be the worst Popeye's. They can't seem to get my order right anytime I go. My company used them for catering recently and they forgot 2 sandwiches and 3 orders of strawberry biscuits. I called to ask for the missing items and the manager told me to take it up with Door Dash or whichever delivery service we used. I told him my company didn't use a delivery service-- we used the Popeyes website. He said he checked the order personally and everything was there (subtly implying I was lying). He then said that he'd give me the missing items if I brought the whole order back, but my crew had already started eating when we realized we had been shorted. Luckily people decided to split their food to make up for the restaurant's mistake. Today, I brought my nephew through the drive thru, thinking they couldn't mess up 2 orders. I was wrong. We ordered a Classic Sandwich and a 6 piece Lemon Pepper Wings with Blackened Ranch. What we got was a Spicy Sandwich, a giant mess, and no Blackened Ranch. The box of wings wasn't fully closed and the Lemon Pepper sauce leaked out all over the inside of the bag, covering the sandwich wrapper. Luckily nothing got on my car's floor mat. There's no use calling to complain. I'll just go to the Popeyes on Bell Rd and 51st Ave instead.

This place is comic gold! I’ve been approximately 5 times in the last six years. They have NEVER gotten my order right. Not once. This time, I pull up and there are weeds growing everywhere and the menu screen is completely black. I try to pull forward to leave because I think they must have shut down but I hear a girl on the speaker. I said I can’t see the screen- she’s like, “oh yeah, it broken, it’s okay just tell me what you think you want and I’ll let you know if we have something like that!” LOL! We settle on a 5 piece with mashed potatoes no gravy with Mac and cheese. Got home and discovered a forkful of dried Mac and cheese, three tenders, and potatoes drenched gravy. I thought, okay, this is worse than the last time, I’m actually going to call and let them know this time. The receipt has NO INK, zero, like it was written with a secret decoder pen in mind. You can’t make out a single word. I cannot stop laughing. It’s like a Saturday Night Live sketch. I’m convinced this place must be a front for something that needs an actual tax I.D. - there is no way it’s a legitimate business. The best part is that the kids pretending to work there are COMPLETELY UNBOTHERED by it’s dysfunction-in all fairness, they may not even be employees, it’s possible they wandered in one day and just decided to hang out until someone called their bluff. I’m not even mad though. Despite the food being terrible, the service being nonexistent ( I’m pretty sure one of them tried to make darting eye contact with me to tell me they’re being held against their will), and the entire facility being in disrepair, I might consider going back for the sheer entertainment value.

Popeyes is my favorite fast food chicken. However, this location is filthy inside and out.

This was the first time we have eaten at a Popeyes. We have been seeing there ads for quite some time and decided to try it even though it is 25 min from where we live. What a disappointment. The restaurant was very dirty, the food was disappointing, not at all like the advertisements, and help were not at all helpful and they were loud and using the “F” word to each other. We will never go back, I don’t think we’ve ever been to a worse restaurant.

Everytimw i order from here my food is always messed up or im missing items. I will not be ordering from there again ever
