Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ate there yesterday and got the red beans and rice which was great but the original chicken sandwich was so greasy that I took it up and showed the manager. She said that's how it's supposed to be and that they sell a lot of them. She said it was a different breading than the nice lighter chicken strips that my friend got. I got one recently up in Cantonment and it was so good and crispy and not greasy like this one. With no solution I sat back down and noticed they were talking and laughing about it. Unprofessional to laugh at customers. The manager must have thought about it and brought me another one but it wasn't much different. She still was trying to convince me that's how it's supposed to be. They don't look like this on tv. My stomach was upset all night long from a greasy feeling. This morning I still have an upset stomach. Last time I eat here.

New hot wings are great. Fried chicken hot freshly cooked and delicious !

I can’t complain about the food, it’s always delicious, it’s just the fact that half the time I order here, they always forget to include the sauces I ask for in the order. They might be in a hurry with each order, so I suggest the customers to check if they have their sauces that they asked for. For dine in this isn’t a problem because you can always go up to the counter to ask for the items they forgot, but with drive-thru orders, double check for the sauces if it’s there. An example from my experience, I asked for 2 truff sauces which costed $1 each, and both of them were not in my bag. So just double check your orders to make sure it’s complete, because I have had missing items from my orders on more than one occasion.

We eat Popeyes quite often and have never had a bad meal. Until today $40 for dry tasteless disgusting chicken and biscuits.

9 pm had no chicken said it would take awhile. Got the fries they where cold. So I had them to get me some hot ones.
