Food was good. Nice and hot, but took a minute as usual. Still not disappointed.
Ordered my two sandwiches at 535, asked to pull up and wait, 20 min later walked in to ask about my order and staff was completely lost, my food had not even been started, was advised it would be another 7 min so they could cook two chicken breasts, no apologies, requested a refund, would not recommend this place
Subject: Revision of Review Rating and Service Experience Dear Sir/Madam, I regret to inform you that I am compelled to revise my previous 2-star review of your establishment to a 1-star rating. If the option to leave no stars were available, I would select that instead. On my most recent visit on 2-06-2024, I arrived at 9:11 p.m. and observed a customer in line through the large windows. Upon entering, I was abruptly informed by three employees that the lobby was closed and that I would need to use the drive-through instead. The manner in which this information was conveyed was discourteous and implied that I had been previously informed of this policy, which was not the case. It is disheartening to consistently encounter rude behavior from your staff. It appears that rudeness may be a prerequisite for employment at your establishment. I find it perplexing that a restaurant with average food quality and higher prices would also exhibit such a lack of customer service. As a hardworking individual, I value my hard-earned money and expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when making purchases. Regrettably, my recent experiences have fallen well short of these expectations. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be taken to improve the customer service provided by your staff. Sincerely, Jermel Kidd
ordered a few classic chicken sandwiches and when i made it back to work to feed everyone there all of the chicken sandwiches where super dark as if they had been re-fried multiple times and the buns where rock hard as if they had been sitting outside of their packaging for days and or they had decided croutons made good buns and roasted every ounce of moister out of them. when i returned the food with my complaint i was told they were just the spicy chicken which i did not order and no reason for the croutons other than him putting the food i had just handled my self onto a shelf and demanded his employees sell my food to the next order and then threw my refund at me leaving my jaw on the floor... makes you wonder how many other orders in line my order was before i received it.
This place has got to be refrying and re-selling the food. I actually witnessed with my own eyes and ears that they are. I returned 5 classic chicken sandwiches because they were burnt, and the manager told an employee to re-sell them on the next order. WTH, I submitted a complaint with the FDOBP&R hopefully they will shut them down.
Ordered JUST the chicken sandwich through the drive thru. I had 15 minutes left on my lunch hour and was asked to pull into a handicap spot and wait for my sandwich to be cooked. Granted, there were 2 other vehicles in front of me who were also pulled over and asked to wait. The vehicle behind me was asked to wait as well. Another truck pulled up after us and they all went inside to do a carry out order. I'm still sitting there waiting on JUST a chicken sandwich, the last vehicle to arrive is already getting their food and pulling out. There were 3 occupants in that vehicle as well. I had 5 minutes to get back to work so I went inside and told them to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They said my sandwich was coming out right now and when the worker handed it to me, it was someone else's order. I tried to give it back to him but he told me to keep it. His co-worker corrected him and she asked the manager to refund my money because I had to go back to work and I didn't have time for them to figure out whose order was whose. One of the other customers that was in front of me was given the wrong food and he came back inside as well. He was on his lunch hour as well and he was not a happy camper, rightfully so. When I handed the manager my receipt, he asked me for the change they gave me so he could refund. I guess they didn't have any five dollar bills in their registers?!? I had to go back out to my car and get the change they gave me so they could give me back the money I gave them at the start of the whole fiasco. Needless to say, I was 5 minutes late getting back to work and never got to eat anything for lunch. Probably won't be going back there. The workers were NOT rude, including the manager, but they didn't apologize for the wait or that I had to cancel my order. Cest la vie
