Food is horrible and so is customer service and the Manager Myra stands there and let these employees do as they please. The vents are nasty and the lobby is never clean

I had a great experience with this diner fast, friendly staff even the cook greeted me when he was on garbage patrol!

Somehow this Popeyes always manages to disappoint. Lobby hours go until 9:30, they have the lobby closed at 7. Drive thru is constantly backed up making ordering ahead completely worthless. Waiting in the drive thru just to tell them we're picking up a mobile order for half an hour ain't great. Staff are rude, orders are almost always wrong in some way. Just avoid this place for your own sake, there's a kfc down the interstate and a wing place close by. This is not some solitary instance of bad experience, look at the number of 1 star reviews folks. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else for chicken around here. Champys is great, there's a wing place nearby, heck I'd even say just go get yourself McDonald's over this place. You'll be in and out in a fraction of the time you would here. Maybe this is a staffing problem, maybe corporate is making this store suffer. Maybe these problems are just a small part of something bigger. If you come here be prepared to suffer. Check your food too lest you have to wait another half hour in drive thru to get it fixed. Oh and cursing at customers when they tell you that their order was partially wrong is just delightful.

Be warned, it's hit and miss.

I went into this restaurant to get lunch and 3 women came to the register neither of them greeted me or said may I help you? Then one of the women went over to the window to help a customer at the window. Never got food, I just left.

I st people were mad about service, we still waited ! We got our order , my wife ordered,shrimp and chicken strips , when she was called was told 30 minutes on shrimp , could not wait ! Gave her two legs was not given any other choice but she wasn’t offered a refund !
