If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the WORST fast food I’ve ever been in my life. Costumer service is HORRIBLE

Ordered 10 pieces spicy chicken through mobile ordering. When I got home I had only 6 pieces of over burnt chicken in the box. Tried calling the restaurant but no answer.
Truly a 0 star experience. We ordered online to pick up through the drive thru on the way home from a quick trip to Disney. After spending $57 on our family’s food they told us they did not have the food we already ordered and paid for, we then waiting nearly 20 minutes to speak to a manager who told us that they were closed (an hour early) and we could request a refund on the app then closed the window and walked away. As a mother seeing the disappointment and hunger in my children leaves a deeper level of dissatisfaction. Would not recommended this location to an enemy.

I honestly didn't like the service, so I ordered tenders, and they gave me thighs and there were no fries AND the soda machine didn't work, if they didn't have tenders, why not tell me instead they wanted to improvise overall I don't recommend eating there 0/10.
Gave me attitude. I was being very respectful and nice they also closed 1 hour early.
Closed one hour early and I asked why and they gave me attitude. I wish I could give negative stars on this specific location.
