Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Driving into FL a few weeks ago. Everyone is hungry, so I place a mobile order on the Popeyes app when we’re about 45 mins out with a pickup time in 45 mins. Nothing crazy, couple sandwiches and a tender meal. We pull up to the drive through to pick up the order and they say that they are out of chicken so would we like to wait for 30 mins. I said, “ok I’ll come back in 30 mins.” Then they said “well actually the order may not be ready in 30 mins. It may be an hour or two, there are lots of orders ahead of yours that need to be filled.” I asked them to cancel the order then, as I’m not waiting 2 hours (at which point it would be like 9:30p) for a chicken sandwich. They said that they couldn’t cancel the order and I’d need to send a letter to corporate asking for the cancellation. So…even Popeyes can run out of chicken. For 30 mins. Or maybe an hour. Or maybe two hours. ‍♀️ I wouldn’t necessarily fault them for running out of chicken (finite resource after all), it was the promise of time and then changing that promise and then telling me that I need to jump through hoops to get a refund. A simple, “so sorry we can’t fill your order” would’ve sufficed.

by far the worse popeyes ever! the employees there dont know how to count chickens. I ordered 10 pce for 30$ through their app and they cant count 10 chicken pces and 5 biscuits??? they only gave me ** yo i got ripped off scammed by popeyes and get your employees a highschool diploma they need it! jesus fk

Order/Cashier attendant cordial, kind taking order.

They are not well organized at all. It will take forever to get your food, they manager was good, but the employee's she got from wish, their minds are scattered, she needs a new day shift staff. God bless these ppl, they were not rude or mean, but I never saw my food after 30 mins I ask for a refund. My order was a sandwich, nothing huge.

After several visits, I’ve noticed that they’re short on stuff. These employees work double shifts each one of them strive to meet customers demands!. I really appreciate the hard work they put into it. Food taste great it’s always fresh and hot. There is a time delay at least 20 minutes. But it’s all worth it. Thank you all for staying positive. Was very disappointed in the service. Workers were rude and when I finally got my pickup order and went home, i got the wrong food. I got Biscuits instead of the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I also PAYED for sauces and got none. I also payed for a spicy chicken sandwich which I did not receive.
