I went to the store and order a lot of food for about $57 almost 60 and of course this is a busy store it's so busy that my food was not fresh I asked for my food to be fresh I even waited. I spent a whole hour during this whole transaction and I came back home with non-fresh food. I contact the manager the manager told me to get the food from out the trash and bring it with the receipt. I spoke with the general manager, Jose, and he told me that his employee would never tell a customer that as if he was on the line when he said that. Not to mention, he laughed when I told him what his team lead told me , overall they did not solve my issue even though I asked them is there anyway they can replace half of the food this is the worst Popeyes ever and I wish I can speak to the owner of the actual store and not the general manager, because they lack customer service, as well as their team members and .
My wife and I ordered through uber eats. Told them knock don't leave it at the door or we won't get the order as there are porch pirates. So they said they left it at the door and as expected we didn't get. When we contacted the store they said the delivery driver said it was fulfilled and won't do anything about it. So basically we got ripped off and will never go back again they lost a customer that has gone there for years and they don't care.
The young lady at the counter provided such good service. I forget her name, but she was an African American young lady. Such a great personality, was able to provide suggestions and got my order right. I don’t usual get good service at Fast Food places, but she changed that.
It was lunchtime. The line in the inside was long. The cashier was slow. The drive-thru empty. I had 2 orders, so I had to go inside. After waiting as long as possible, I went through the drive-thru. Had to go through twice since they wouldn't do two orders. I was still the only person in the drive-thru both times. Frustrating!
So far ! Best Popeyes I have had in Vegas . Food always fresh ! Periodt
Almost every time I order this restaurant from UberEATS they forget a major component of my order. I just want to get what I paid for, and I am disabled so I can't always go myself. Please double check that you've put everything required in a customer's bag. If you're a customer, I recommend going elsewhere so you don't waste time and money.
Wings were good. Customer service was bad. People had to wait outside by door to get their order. It was the middle of the day and store doors were locked.
Service is slowwww. Most importantly, there is an entire homless encampent sitting around the building outside. Dking drug half cothed and deficating on property. Its soo gross i wont be returning.
