Homeless people were allowed inside and lobby isn’t cleaned often at all. Chicken made me sick. Service is very slow and the workers have bad attitudes. Fountain drinks were decent. Beans and rice was very watery. & you have to fight for sauce. First meal in ny, very displeased. Paid $15
