Grotty looking place, frequented by the local bums. On our visit one of them tried to steal my sons wallet while he was ordering his food. The manager who was serving him did nothing until I'd already stepped in

I was so excited to try Popeyes on our recent trip to NYC. What followed was bitterly disappointing. Me and my wife ordered a 3 chicken tender MEAL each and were charged for a MEAL. Except the Branch had run out of fries (no substitution offered either). We were tired and hungry so decided to cut our losses and just have our chicken and drinks. The chicken was lukewarm. I went to the drinks machine and selected Coca Cola and out came WATER. I then emptied the glass and selected Dr Pepper and out came the water once again. I emptied my glass for a third time and selected Fanta and I'm sure you can guess what happened next. I then told the member of staff who just looked at me and said something to a colleague but no one sorted the problem. So in summary our meals were just lukewarm chicken tenders. No fries or drink despite being charged for that. Utter shambles. Sure this issue is specific to this branch but my first Popeyes Experience was a crushing disappointment!
