I order new 6pc garlic parmesean it was spicy. I couldn't taste the garlic parmesean because of spice. The cup garlic parmesean wasn't full sauce barely covered chicken it was a drizzle. If spicy garlic parmesean is the goal nailed it! But too hot for me. I would have returned but it was uber eats

Drive thru lady was nice but I don’t know what the hell they gave me to drink, it was NOT SPRITE OR DRINKABLE. This is the second time the drinks a have been messed up y’all need to fix your drink machines.

Even though I live right around the corner I haven’t gone here in several years because it had been hit or miss with the food, and the employees were sometimes rude or loud. But I decided to give it another try today and hoped all the way home that it would be good. I went about 3pm on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised, the young lady at the speaker and window was very friendly and nice, and it was calm inside! Nobody yelling or throwing stuff around— and guess what? The food was the freshest I’ve ever had it. The chicken was not tiny pieces and tasted freshly made, and so was the mashed potatoes. I’d swear they made it for me when I pulled up— even the gravy was fresh and not dried on the edges like it gets when it’s been sitting. I was pleasantly surprised; I hope this is their new normal. Good job!

It's the closest to my house and it's so sad that every time I order something from there it doesn't matter what I order. It will be messed up. I think the people truly try to do their work but I know they're always short staffed. But it is irritating. And I'm always disappointed
