I get off work late at night, 9pm, I picked my Mom up and we both went to this location to grab dinner real quick. Pulled up to the drive thru at about 930 and was greeted with the rudest woman on the speaker. I get it, its late, you've worked all day too. But don't yell at me "what do you want? hurry up. We only have X. MA'AM WE CLOSE IN 30 MINUTES." Excuse me? That is entirely unacceptable. I didn't even ask or say what I wanted yet, I had just pulled up to the speaker. I told her nevermind and went to their other location for dinner instead. I would have totally understood if she had said "Hey sorry, we are closing in a few so we only have a few thing left we can make." I hope this location can find someone who has better communication.
Their wings were frozen (would take hours and that's all I ordered) and they said they'd give me some free chicken as an apology. When they came to hand me the "free" chicken, I asked about how to get a refund and they said "this is the same price". No, just no. I about lost my cool, but Publix wings are better anyways. Dishonest and not worth anyone's time.
