Completely appalled and frustrated at the lack of preparation, piss poor service, and disorganization of this popeyes location. Placed a mobile order for a 10-piece family dinner. Upon arrival, I am told that they only have spicy chicken (which I did not order). I said that was fine and requested no breasts. I was then told they only had breasts (at 5pm on a Monday), so they were about to give me 10 spicy chicken breasts for my meal had I not inquired. I asked if they would be preparing more chicken and was told they still only had breasts. When I requested to cancel my order and get a refund, I was told I’d have to call customer service or corporate. It makes absolutely no sense for a chicken place to run out of all but one type of chicken and not notify customers before filling the order. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Please Uber Eats, can y'all take this location off of your suggested delivery restaurants. Tried just one more time today to see if they can get my food made in time and still waited an hour. What a sorry afternoon crew.
