Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Filthy bathroom, tp thrown all over the floors & a dirty sopping wet sink covered in dirty water! Took 30minutes to order & get food. Out of all sides except rice & mash taters, seemed very put out when requesting dipping sauces. Was told they were out of most pieces of chicken....resteraurant was FULL of employees but everyone was moving at turtle speed. My son pointed out all the yellow dirty standing water on floor directly behind the counter. Noone seemed to care how long the line got. We stopped while on a return trip how, it was such a ridiculous situation all we could do was laugh. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone stopping here EVER!!!

I enjoyed my stop here at popeyes , and we'll do it again at this location. The staff was great and really enjoyed the way they carry on with their customers.

Horrible location! I ordered my food and had item missing I was half way home to Pike rd and the turned around to go back in and requested my red bean and rice. The Manager had no customer service at all a simple apology or let me give you large one for your inconvience would had suffice he said nothing just walked to back and got the small one. I ask “are you the manager”? He said yes. Horrible location

OMG!!! So aggravating going to a restaurant and they say "Sorry, we only have mild breast to sale" its only 7: pm something, I thought that was TERRIBLE for chicken business. I left another restaurant and didn't purchase anything because I wanted popeyes, had to leave with no food!!! Update: 1.25.2024 Went to a Popeyes on the Southern Blvd. It was ghetto!!! They didn't even have ice. They serves hot drinks at full price. I spent my entire lunch break in the drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of me. It was so ridiculous. My coworker later told me that no one likes that popeyes and to avoid it because the service is so bad. The cashier at the window was nice and respectful. The food was ok, not hot but maybe it's because it sat in the window for the 30 minutes I sat in drive thru.

Went there they only take CASH and couldn’t take anything over a $20.

I have ordered from this location three times and tried to order a couple of more times, no matter what time of day it is, there’s always a huge wait and poor customer service, wrong order, and at times no food at all and I will never come back to this place again. I live near by but I travel to another location to order decent food and receive better, professional service.

Jan 14,2024 I visited this particular restaurant at 3:20pm I sat at the speaker for ten minutes with no acknowledgement. Not knowing if the speaker was not working I pulled around to the window only for the worker to refuse to take my order unless I drove all the way back around to the speaker! Keep in mind no one was behind us at all after asking over and over to take our order we finally just left due to poor customer service
