Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is the first time I visited a Popeyes. My husband and I looked at the menu online and we both ordered the No. 1. The food in itself was very good. However, apparently they ran out of pickles (? I did not know the sandwich needed to have pickles until I looked at the picture online. They never told us they just didn't put them lol. Also, we were told to only order on drive thru. We had a long trip and wanted to rest for a bit but nope, apparently not possible. And finally, they did not have napkins. What restaurant runs out of napkins??? So weird.

Went here, and apparently, their server was down or issue with their system. I placed an order online thru the app. I get there and find out there was an issue with their system this was thru the drie thru. So I parked my car and went inside and told the lady I placed the order thru the app. She asks my name. I tell her, and she goes and checks and tells me I don't have it. He rolls her eyes and walks away. She was rude and not helpful at all. I go back to the car my wife says I'll go inside. She takes my phone, and the lady does not even approach her, and the nice kid or gentleman that was washing dishes comes over to help. He was polite and nice enough to ask if you have the email of the online order. My wife shows the order to him, and then he starts to get the order together. Had it not been for that lady, I would give a better review.

Waited a half hour in the drive thru for an order I placed online. One lady was super friendly and apologetic and earned them the second star. Everything else with the experience was horrible. Not only was the wait long, but they sent spicy strips instead of classic for my little kids… which I didn’t find out until after they stopped screaming for water. I haven’t been this upset with any establishment in a long time.

Used to be a nice place to get food, but just came from there after getting their tackle box meal and found a live cockroach crawling inside after opening the box x_x

I went through the drive through about 5 pm on a week night last week. The chicken/thigh was dry and somehow burnt under the crust and the breast piece was too dry to eat. The rest of the meal was fine.

Food was ready within minutes. Hot fresh and delicious.

Went specially for the mac & cheese, wasn't even 7pm & they came out to tell us while we waited for a couple biscuits & a shrimp box that the mac & cheese was gone.. this seems to be an issue, because we've tried a few locations at normal times & there has been no mac & cheese, didn't get offered a refund for it either.
