Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service was wonderful , the food was horrible ! The customer that was in front of me. Placing an order took so long . I really appreciate their patience. Because mine ran out ! But the cook needs help , the wings tasted dirty like they re-dipped them in old grease. Please be mindful of what you serve your customers. Just think if you were eating at your establishment. You would want quality food ! Exactly ! Better food quality, but thanks for the effort.

The wait in drive through was 30 min. They could sell me a large mash but not a small?? But my food was really good and clearly fresh from the long line and wait

Sat in drive thru line for over 30 min. Young man at window could only do 1 thing at a time an taking orders wasn't it. I did not get what I ordered an then he told me when I order the chicken sandwich I HAD to get it as a combo it doesn't come as just a sandwich which I know is bull. But he had already took my payment when he told me that... an the only reason he said it was because he tried to give me a drink I told him I ain't order a drink an that's when he said the sandwich only comes as a combo... at that point I was upset an said whatever just give it here....

This place is not recommended for anyone!!!! Miss placed the order and hairy chicken wings is want you get

I came to this God Awful establishment last night and purchased an 8 piece meal with one side and 4 biscuits for me and my family. I asked for original chicken. I was told by the cashier that it would be a 7 minute wait for me to get that flavor chicken. I said fine. The chicken order actually came out of the drive thru window in 2 minutes! Great I thought, until I got home and realized I had spicy chicken!! I called and spoke to a manager Tyrone who told me I could come back the next day after work so my order could be replaced. He didn't tell me to keep the chicken, and why would I when I am allergic to whatever spices they put in the spicy chicken. Tyrone actually told me to throw the chicken away. I show up today after work, as I stated I would to get the correct order, when Pam tells me that because I didn't bring the chicken back they could not replace my order!! What?? So I feel they have cashiers that can't tell time, managers who lie, and as a result you waste your money on food you can't eat. Worst experience EVER - I spent plenty of money at Popeyes in the past, but that's over now. I strongly suggest avoiding this location like the plague unless you want to be cheated and lied to!
