I didn't eat there so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the food was very good and the service was excellent!

Food is always good and fresh. But the time of service is too long.

The food was good, but myself and apparently, all four of the people in front of me and the two behind had to park and wait for more than 15 minutes to get our orders. We were not told what the hold up was, and when we finally got our order and drove away, we discovered my husband's sprite was nothing but soda water.

The undertaker had a very unfriendly attitude. And entered order incorrectly then looked at me like it was my fault. anyway the manager came over and although I had to wait a few minutes I got my order correctly and the mistake was left me to snack on later! I was at this location and had by far the worst experience I’ve ever had an Popeyes in whole entire life. It’s 11:16 am and you’d think there would be No wait. It was one car in line in front of of my car. When I arrived to to order screen after waiting about 20 minutes. I ordered a shrimp tackle box. I pull up to the window the cashier told me it’ll be another 15 to 20 minute wait. So kindly ask could she give me a courtesy drink for my wait. She persist to tell no we don’t do that just pull over and wait. I kindly asked for a refund and the cashier stood at the window and look at me crazy for about 5 minutes before going to get the manager. When manager arrived she asked what the problem. I said to the young lady your cashiers costumer service sucks. I explained what happened between me and the cashier to manager . You would’ve thought that the manager would’ve used the costumer is always right rule but no the manager said to me. That’s what we do when you’re asked to wait. Pull over there because we don’t give out drinks to customers that we asked to wait their food. I said to the young lady WOW! Ma’am can I please have my refund. Thank you. The world is changing people and we need not to spend our hard earned dollars at any establishment with horrible costumer service like this one!
