Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a four piece spicy combo via DoorDash .. the chicken I received was red ..not firm at all in fact mushy .. I called the manager she said I should bring the chicken back now.. well I’m sick !! She went on and on about how long it’s cooked and there were no other complaints and maybe DoorDash was late to deliver! Which has nothing to do with undercooked chicken. She argued with me about the undercooked chicken.. simply she could have said bring it back when you feel better and we will replace the chicken.i plan on calling the gm tomr when she is in.. I’m disappointed bc I like this Popeyes food. DoorDash has refunded my money for the undercooked chicken! The apple pie and frozen mango drink was very good!

Wings were made hot and fresh. Friendly service

Customer care was HORRIBLE! Elderly gentleman took I'll and fainted. Staff was not empathetic and slow to assist and call emergency services by phone. I won't be patronizing their business ever again!

They don't fill the sides up anymore, and they are like $2 more than they used to be. This isn't a good thing when I asked why they said 3 ships that's it for family size.

Popeyes used to be my favorite chicken. I became pescatarian a few years ago and was in hopes that Popeyes would be an option for good shrimp, but.... Meh. How about adding some gumbo, jambalaya, and ettouffee?
