Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I order a 10 piece meal and ended up getting 9. Someone must be missing a finger or didn’t graduate kindergarten. Also the large side of mac and cheese was a small in a large container and it was a weird brownish color. I’m pretty sure the person who scooped that mac out to serve it wouldn’t have eaten it themselves.

Drive thru closed at 7 pm wth P

We ordered $35 worth of food from the Largo Store. When pulling up in the drive thru, the employee informed us that she was counting her drawer and it was going to be awhile. Finally she gave us a sealed bag of food which we paid for when ordering online. So all she ever had to do was hand us a bag! We get home and find that we didn't get a single thing that we ordered! I wrote to the corporate office. I didn't even get the courtesy of a response. Money wasted. Popeyes Chicken doesn't care and it shows!

I ordered my food 40 minutes before I went to pick it up online and actually went 15 minutes after the time. It said it would be ready and it took them an additional 30 minutes upon going. They had no biscuits, no macaroni and cheese and no rice and beans. The lady said they had no biscuits and I'm like what could be a substitute. She's replied with it's only a biscuit but in my mind I paid for the biscuit so I was able to get a equal substitute in the form of the apple pie. But the issue was the apple pie tasted like it was halfway out of the refrigerator. I haven't been back in months because the last time I was there I literally waited for an hour and 5 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food with the employees. Not seeming to know what's going on and the management being just as oblivious. There's a huge problem with this restaurant and they need to fix it. I'm not even a person who likes to complain, but I'd like to see my local Popeyes here. Stay and get fixed but it seems to keep having the most horrible individuals working at

Got yelled at in the drive thru... Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves.

this place is absolutely horrible, spent almost 70 dollars and they couldn’t even make sure we had the fries that came with our meal inside of the bag.. very disappointed.

Very Small tenders for the new price. Go to PDQ!

Worse service ever…never going back here

I ordered food from there and did not get all my food. When you call it is dead air and than a busy signal. With the cost of food and you ordered for a large family and it's missing half the meal and live 30 minutes away its very disappointing. Since I ordered several different things besides the a 8 piece meal. When I looked l thought all was there.
