Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Got a mobile order there yesterday around 10:30-11:30 it was a family pack. Our order wasn’t ready when we got there but honestly we did get there early so that wasn’t their fault. They were occupied and busy but they still gave us good service. I didn’t get his name but he was a white male, he made sure to take care of our order, he even prepared us fresh tenders! He apologized that it wasn’t ready when we got there but again that wasn’t their fault. He also offered to refill my lemonade✅✅ Great service

I won't be dining in but doing delivery. There is no place to put special instructions like no gravy so normally I call the restaurant when I am having grubhub deliver but for this location the phone number doesn't work.

As an avid consumer of chicken and a Popeyes connoisseur this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes! The costumer service was amazing! I went thru the drive thru and the mic system worked clearly! The young man taking my order was so polite! My food was exactly what I ordered and expected! HOT FRESH JUICY CRISPY chicken! Each bite slowly but surly satisfying my hang over! My red beans and rice were actually RED! Not burned mush like so many of the other locations! I don’t think I will ever forget my experience at this location. I will now unfortunately have to drive 45mins out of my way each time I want Popeyes because every location In the city of Atlanta is ehhhhh…. I hate that I don’t have my receipt to be able to name the amazing staff but I will definitely be back to this location!

10/10 the new management of this location is awesome and they made this Popeyes run better and we have been here 3 times since they have started running this location and every time we are satisfied when we get food here.

8 people standing in the restaurant working or talking to each other. 8:41 pm on a Thursday. I drive up no one says anything. I say, “Hello”, no response. I have already placed my order via mobile. I pull around and they’re all talking by the register with headsets on. When the workers see me they all have frown faces and one opens the window and does say a word and just stares at me for a second. Obviously a little ghetto attitude going on. With that being said told them here to pickup an order. She grabs it and then hands it and closes the window fast. The operator/owner of this location needs to get it together or release the franchise.

Chicken was salty they didn't have any wings they didn't give me any side, you can't get in touch with them phone goes to voice-mail a business phone Smh. They tore up it's awful everytime I go there it's always something. I don't have 10 dollars to be just giving away. I will not be going there anymore!!!!!! Period

I'm always sure to stop by when I'm in the area. The go-to is the Spicy Chicken sandwich. The last visit it was a little too spicy (more so than usual) but it was still good. I say ease up a little on the sauce. Aside from that, great service! Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out.

I recently ordered at Popeye's, and I must say the experience was exceptional. The service was top-notch, and the customer support was truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help me with the order. Their phone lines have problem but Jasmin and nick were super supportive. A must-try for those who appreciate great service and a warm atmosphere!"

Sometimes when there are a bunch of teenagers running the place it can be chaos, however this was well ran & the food was decent & service wasn't too bad.

When i went through the drive-thru tonight, I ordered a 3 piece spicy dinner. He gave me the chicken, i checked it, and it was barely warm, so I asked for hot chicken, and he said it'll be ready in 10 minutes. I pulled over and when the guy brought me the chicken, I can immediately smell the burnt grease. The chicken was hot but it was definitely cooked in burnt grease. I called when I got home but the number doesn't work, so I couldn't let the manager know how the chicken smelled or tastes. I ate 2 pieces and couldn't eat no more due to the smell, and the taste. This did NOT taste or smell like Popeyes chicken. Hopefully, the manager will see this review and respond. I need a refund or a fresh batch of chicken.
