Kind courteous and informative if there was a wait for any reason. Best Popeyes chicken I've had in a long time !! Crispy juicy and hot !!

Under no circumstances should anyone ever eat at this dump. After several times of receiving the wrong order we stopped going for about a year. Made the sad mistake of going again this afternoon. You guessed it. Order was wrong again. Order 1-2 piece mild breast combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was spicy. Ordered 1-2 piece spicy breast combo with red beans and rice. No red beans and rice. We will never be back.

Gotta be the worst establishment I have ever been too. Never left a review anywhere let alone a bad review. This place makes the worst McDonald’s look like a 5 star eatery. Most unmotivated, unbelievably disrespectful workers I have ever witnessed. after an hour and a half wait while they laughed about it, they overcharged us because everything was either missing or wrong.

Drive thru super slow

We been here a lot but I stop going since the worker ain’t too friendly, so we been ordering it online and I can deal with missing item and wrong food, but the fact that I got a plastics paper in my chicken sandwich is enough for me to report the Popeyes and write a review.

We stopped going to this Popeyes on Duval Station Rd because the service was so bad, not having items on the menu and not getting the orders right. It's been a while we figured we try it again. Somethings never change. We went through the drive thru and when we got home there was no coleslaw with our order as shown on the receipt and the fries were hard as a rock being over cooked and not filling the bag. So much for coming back to Popeyes.
