Placed order online... Went to pick it up in 30 minutes... Nothing was boxed or ready yet. After waiting for 15 minutes they said they were still waiting on biscuits... 15 minutes later (rude) lady tells me that they also don't have any spicy chicken left... After placing online order an hour ago I ask for a refund... (Rude) lady goes off and thinks she's in the right. The lead guy gets on the phone and tells me that I will basically have to contact customer service through the website to get a refund. Waste of time and money. No chicken. No biscuits. No gloves... No thank you.
Placed an online order. Waited an hour for my food. They were standing around and did not look to be in a rush while a line of waiting cars formed. The guy who attended us way very nice though.
They need more experience and training the workers. They take to long when we order the food.
Place looks like they dropped a Popeyes in a war zone - parking lot & drive thru all torn up & dark. Guy taking our order @ the drive thru was barely audible & managed to bone the order royally. 1 biscuit in a large family order, no honey, no sauces. Never asked about drinks, spicy or mild, etc.

The service is always terrible and they take forever, even when there's no one in line, I just don't understand.
