Friendly staff, accommodating through difficulties, they were short on spicy chicken at 9pm. Place could have used some TLC on the inside and in the parking lot.

If I could give it lower I Would! Such a terrible experience. Worst Fast food establishment Ive ever been to. Ordered food at the drive through. Payed at the window and told to go to a parking spot and they would bring it out. Waited 20 minutes and finally went inside to get it. They wanted to see my receipt and looked dumbfounded and confused on why I haven't gotten it yet. The manager says it will be another 5 minutes. Not happy but i go sit and wait. not long after that, another gentleman comes in and says they made his sandwich wrong. Same sandwich i ordered. They tell him 5 mins as well. about 7 or 8 minutes go by and that gentleman got his sandwich...same thing I'm waiting for. I give it a few more minutes. Nothing! I hop in line and by the time i get to the register, it had been almost 40 minutes from the time I ordered. (I only get an hour lunch break) The lady at the register whom Ive already talked to still confused and didn't know why I was waiting. I tell them i just need a refund at this point and that i have to go. I took almost 5 minutes for them to even figure out how to do a refund. No apologies or anything. I'm not one to go to corporate, but i did. No, surprise they don't care either. I reached out to the Franchise owner. Got a response a week later asking for details so they could forward it to the Store manager. Im not sure what thats going to do since she didnt care to begin with. I dont want anything from them, I just want to warn everyone to avoid this place at all cost! If the franchise or corporate reads this (doubt they will) Just train these people better. I want to add, after finally getting my refund (which im not even sure I actually got) I went next door to KFC. I got my meal in less than 10 minutes. Popeyes-0 KFC-1

For the price they charge, they are stingy with the amount they give, take forever for a welcome or a hello from the ppl. Over all its good but not for the portions. They used to give more for the buck but take more bucks and give so little of foor. It's cool, but that's all

Tried the fish sandwich and was awesome

We normally love Popeye's so we stopped here while running errands in the area. This might have been our best visit ever at ANY Popeye's. Walked in, 1 person in line, taken care of very quickly. We placed our order (4 piece meal with extra mashed potato). We were told there was a slight wait on more mild. No problem. Had our name called within about 3 minutes and it was delicious. I mean, the best I can remember. Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. From what I saw, GREAT location. Highly recommended.

Food is good, price is too high for the little container they give for Mac N Cheese and it's not even full half the time. If it's going to be almost 5 dollars for the Mac n Cheese at least fill up the container.
