Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My family came from out of town and went to this Popeyes since it was close to my home. When I tell you I was embarrassed by the way they treated my family with their rudeness. I was not the one even ordering but the way this idiot treated my aunt and uncle I can’t even call her a woman. My aunt has partial hearing loss and the lady at the intercom said she sounded like she was yelling while she was giving her order. No one is yelling at you in a demeaning way so just take the order. The way she said it though we got the impression she thought my aunt was too loud for her liking. Then when my aunt asked if there was any specials she said you can look on the board. What??? I’m sorry do you work here or do I? The last thing is when my mother asked to put in a separate order. The lady said only one order per car. Mind you there was absolutely no one else in line. We’re the only car. Now I know why. We was coming back from church feeling blessed but have to be met with so much attitude and unprofessional behavior. This location should be closed down. I don’t even care that I will have to drive farther. No way people should treat people like this EVER!!! We ended up not ordering at all and leaving We had went to Kings Ribs who had double the line and was so nice. Go where you’re celebrated not tolerated.

Food was perfect..and fresh

Yeah this is the bottom of the barrel. Travel thr distance and go to the one in Castleton. These employees are all of big age. Too big of age to be so ratchet disrespectful rude and nasty to total strangers. U can see the dissatisfaction with life on there faces. All I want is what I paid for. They literally compete with each other to see who can be ruder. They won't greet you. Make sure you're actually paying for your order. They'll confuse it. You'll end up paying for someone elses food. Of course it takes awhile for the money to be refunded to your card. Just stay away please. Takes them 20 minutes to even acknowledge you attempting to place an order.

I waited in line for 25 mins. I was told a 25 min wait on chicken. I was told to come back around the drive thru to order in 25 mins. I was so turned off that I don't think I will return.

Their new parmesan garlic wings are delicious.
