3/25/2024 7:45 PM - My little brother waited at the counter to ask for a spork for about 5 minutes, and called “excuse me” about 3-4 times yet the staff ignored him.

I moved to the area about a year ago and every time I go there the service is horrible. Especially after 6 PM.

Aside from the long line, this is what they are now serving as the fries side for every meal, for the price id expect more. They used to give an appropriate amount a couple weeks back. Would you pay for this?

I have never been disappointed with any Popeyes franchise until I chose this location in Highland , CA. It's on baseline off the 210 freeway. The Mac and cheese was awful! The cheese was not melted at all and the chicken was dry and cold. What a waste of time and money!

Was left waiting at the drive thru speaker for "200 seconds" according to the employee who took our order. Was told "And?" After begrudgingly taking my order he told us to wait another "second". We pulled up to the window and saw him roll his eyes and walk off. After waiting another long "200 seconds" we realized he was probably spitting in our food and drove off. For a fast food place less than a mile away from a much more respectful McDonald's, the staff sure does have a lot of audacity. March 14th, 6:30pm

Parking: Small and crowded parking.

The 5 flavored wings are all the same wings. They just splatter different flavorings on them .uch like dressing on a salad. I was somewhat disappointed. Also, had to wait a long time for the wings, to long.
