Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered to go food was told the food would be 15 minutes for the chicken to cook, waited 45 minutes.Then watched the manager give a couple free food and offered me nothing for my time.

Awesome and friendly service. Also very hot, the chicken was delicious!!

Not worth the money!

Food was fresh but the wait. I paid for my order at the drive thru and was asked to pull forward for 3 minutes and my order would be brought out to me. After 20 minutes I pulled into a parking spot and went inside to see if they forgot about me. They said they miscounted one of the chicken tender orders and that was the delay. After waiting another 10 minutes they gave me my order. I went out to the car and while I was looking through the order to make sure everything was there one of the cashiers ran out to me to let me know that something was left out of my order. About 40 minutes later I finally left with my order. The staff was nice, food was fresh but we gotta do better. They didn't even offer me a free apple pie or a coupon. Nothing for the inconvenience. Probably won't be visiting this Popeyes again!
