Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Stay away from here unless you have lots of time to wast. Took 15 minutes to get to order inside. Service people hollering and cursing in the food preparation area. The drive through people telling everyone outside that the credit card machine wasn't working inside when it was so they would just leave No idea who was supposed to be the manager but someone new is needed

Service is terrible and slow

Everytime I come through this drive through, I’m sitting and waiting 20-30 min AT THE SPEAKER just to place an order. That don’t even include the 10-20min I sit WAITING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE. These people be seeing the drive thru line reach the road and will still only focus on the in store customers while those of us in the drive thru burn through gas. I know this because the last time I came through, after waiting in line for 20 min, when I called the store, they began taking the order of the person in front of me. Once it was my turn, they immediately asked me to wait. After waiting for 8 minutes, I called the store again, while the phone line was ringing, the girl comes back and ask to take my order. Like there’s no excuse for seeing the drive thru line and just completely ignoring those people and only focusing on those in the store. Then they would only take 1 order at a time in the drive thru and you’d be waiting an additional 10-20 just to place the order. Idk how this place is still in business with trash service like this.

We ordered wings and mashed potatoes as an online order. We went inside to pick up this order. The workers were rude and seemed irritated like we were"bothering" them. We ate in our truck because the restaurant was filthy! I could not believe my eyes and wish now I had taken a picture of the wings! They were so scrawny and dehydrated the mashed potatoes were great! We ended up going to another fast food place after we ate the micro wings ☠️ of course we were still hungry! Do better Gainesville Popeyes!

This Popeyes in Gainesville has the worst customer service. I ask for an item I'm ordering they act like they can't hear. Then I ask to repeat and they say just pull up. I also had to wait for 10 min at the ordering system. No class with their nasty rude attitudes. Next time I'll get my chicken somewhere else. Not that they will care or know me

Upon arrival my wife and I found the entrance door locked after 10am and then we were signed to go around to a opened door. Once we entered the person ahead of us was still waiting to give her order. At least 10 minutes has gone by and the person ahead of us order still wasn't taken. It appeared the person at the front counter did not know Popeye menu. It didn't look like tables and floor was clean, because there was some type of dried food was on the table I was seating at waiting for our food. Know one want go to work. You tell those people did not want to be there.

Mainly, I do not recommend any using the mobile app. I used it today, ordered and paid at 6:14pm, went inside the store and waited behind other unassisted mobile app users as the single cashier was sure to take new orders from walk-in customers. I did not receive my order until 7:09pm. I served in the military so standing around being patient is something I learned during service. But, this restaurant needs to understand what it means to print EXPEDITOR TICKET on the mobile orders. Secondly, the food is not worth the high price and long wait. If I were not purchasing this order for someone else, I would not have stood by watching so many people order, receive their order and sit down to enjoy their orders, all while I stood in line with others who had already paid for our orders but being totally ignored. Terrible service!

Overall good food. Friend ate half of flat signature hot wing and ended up crying on the floor with his shirt off and needed milk to cleanse his tracheia. Overall a good experience.
