Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Horrible evening shift service/workers. Too many young people! This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given chance after chance and the service is consistently horrible during the evening shift. They stop making fresh food after 8:30/9p. Close early claiming they have no food to serve. Horrible customer service. Please get some responsible adults/managers on the evening shifts.

Went to the store at 830pm and the lobby doors were locked. We thought that was weird since the hours on the door said 11pm but ok. So we go to the drive thru and they are out of everything except ghost chicken? I wished I had read the other Google reviews before going or we would have chosen a different place to go to. Waste of time.

Always out of items everytime I visit. Rude at speaker box, window, and counter. Red beans and rice was like soup last Visit.

I went thur the drive thur my food was horrible my red beans were spoiled and my 3 piece tenders was so small as if they cut a strip and a half and serving it I've been calling them since Monday no one answers there phone it just rings through out the day here it is wed I've been calling still no answers

I visited this Popeyes 4/2/24 around 6 pm . I originally came for blackened tenders but as always they say they are out . That was okay I ordered 2 pc chicken wings and fries instead . The drive thru person gives me my food and it’s 2 old very small dried out wings ( I worked at Popeyes for 4 years in my younger days which is how I knew they were old besides the visual ) I asked him how long on fresh and very respectfully told him I didn’t mind waiting. He told me 30 minutes and asked me to pull up for fresh mild chicken . Well 10 minutes later he brings my food to the car it’s 1 Spicy breast and fries . I proceed to turn my car off while I’m pulled up and walk inside to give the food back and explain that I was told 30 min on fresh mild wings and someone just brought me a spicy breast . He then takes my box and try to correct this issue and says there’s no mild white meat only dark . I then reminded him that I’m already pulled up for chicken and did not mind waiting so I go back to my car for another 20 min and he finally brings out the food . The chicken is fresh and how the fries are very cold . It was a disaster . I spent over an hour at this Popeyes location. I would suggest better management and training for these employees ASAP !
