It's clear that Popeyes' negligence in maintaining proper food safety protocols poses a serious threat to the health of its patrons. Overall, my visit to Popeyes was not only a culinary disappointment but also a concerning reminder of the importance of stringent food safety standards. I urge others to exercise caution when dining at Popeyes and to report any instances of subpar food quality or unsanitary conditions to the appropriate authorities.

My recent experience at Popeyes left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite visiting the drive-thru during what seemed to be a relatively quiet time, I was met with an unacceptable level of inefficiency and poor service. After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, only to discover that they were out of salt for their wings and tenders. This lack of a basic ingredient not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the overall management and preparation of food at the restaurant. Furthermore, the wait time itself was completely unacceptable, especially considering the relatively small order I placed. It seemed evident that there were issues with staffing or organization within the restaurant, resulting in excessively long wait times for customers. Overall, my experience at Popeyes was one of the worst I've encountered in terms of service and efficiency. The combination of an extended wait time and missing ingredients made for a highly disappointing visit. I would hesitate to return to this location in the future, and I hope they take steps to improve their operations and customer service.

I love Popeyes!!!!!!! They now have French fries that are great. Crunchy crisp on outside nice inside. Chicken is always good. The one I go to is right on Western Center and I35. Workers are usually very good. They are young but they great you well and if you visit a lot they tend to say hi and ask how are you.

I had my thoughts on some good Popeyes chicken on Western Center in Ft.Worth But to my dismayed it was closed at 10:30am Thursday 2/15/24 But was to open at 10am. Management came to the window after I blew my horn. He opened to say there closed. Without any explanation. Mr.Jesus closed the window on me and walked away. I was left speechless.. What kind of service would you call it.I was very hurt. How can you expect your employees to follow this kind of behavior from a supervisor.

Pulled up to place my order in the drive thru at 10:20p, all signs showed they didn't close until 11p. The employee can on the speaker, asked if I had a mobile order when I said no she replied "Closed". I said I'm sorry what did you say and again only said "Closed". This is beyond poor service and not the 1st time. I'm never coming back ! This spot is convenient but I deserve respect and they have lost mine.

Ordered the Flounder Spicy Fish sandwich. Much smaller than previous years and drier around the edges. It's not as tasty as previous years. Really disappointed .

Last night they were out of wings when I went but they had more today. I love the sweet and spicy ones. I don’t like how they bath in sauce but the flavor is good and they are crispy and yummy. I do not recommend the garlic parm ones. Yuck, they smell like stinky feet cheese and they cover them in this white creamy sauce that is not at all flavorful nor appetizing to look at. I wish I would have taken a picture of them before I wiped the sauce off.
