Worst customer service and nonchalant management attitude. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order. Never was told why or even offered an alternate option for what I ordered. I waited over 15 minutes before I decided I needed to see what the problem and cancel my order. That’s when I gathered by the staff questions that I had been completely forgotten. I wanted my money back especially when the manager was so nonchalant about the situation. No apology offered or anything to let me know that staff was sorry for the inconvenience. Now I know.

Tuve la oportunidad de estar en este lugar de Port St Lucie ,ya que tuve que asistir al funeral de mi tía HERODITA RABSATT, pero yo vivo en Jacksonville, florida a tres horas y media de distancia.y disfruté del pollo, arroz y habichuelas ,pancito y sweet tea. Parking: Perfecto Kid-friendliness: Muy asecible para niños . Wheelchair accessibility: Muy aceptable.

I ordered a 16 piece family meal , waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. They got my additional side orders wrong and then gave me an attitude when I spoke up about this issue. I will not recommend this location to anyone. When I spend $70 at a place I would expect professionalism and courtesy

This is the worst Popeye's with the worst service. 30 minute wait for my food, then they forget 2 sides and my dang sweet n spicy wings!! When I went back for a refund they refused to do anything about it and were rude and confrontational. Never going back to this one, ever.

My order pick up gotten better and waiting is going well.
