Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

First time coming to this location Ordered chicken strips not only were they cold and stale but they were original i asked for spicy.kind of disappointed

It's literally 1 person ahead of me and I have a mobile order and I sat and waited 5 minutes for them to get on the speaker and I been sitting behind this car 10 minutes. Every time I come here. I'm about to start going to a different Popeyes

I found this location to be lacking in cleanliness and pleasant staff. There was food on the floor, counter person acted like it was an effort to take our order, and our food was OK but cold. The bathroom was also not very clean. We would have used the drive thru but it was cash only because the machine there was down.

Today, I visited Popeyes and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cashier's unfriendliness made the entire interaction awkward and uncomfortable. Despite politely asking for assistance with the drink machine being out of ice, the cashier responded with silence, adding to the discomfort. Moreover, when my order was ready, there was no acknowledgment or communication from the cashier. My order was also incorrect, as I received regular chicken instead of the spicy chicken I requested. Additionally, there were no napkins available, further adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to detail made my visit to Popeyes unpleasant. It's disappointing when simple courtesies and basic order accuracy are overlooked. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

30 minute wait for drive threw only 2 cars ahead

I was in drive thru line at about 1:30PM on 4/12/24. Just one person in front of me. It took well over 20 minutes to even get to the window to pay. It still took too long. Nobody even bothered to explain why. I gave up and left after a few minutes waiting for the window to even be opened.

Si vous êtes étranger passer votre chemin... Ce sont des VOLEURS, ils vous alligne sur les tarifs lorsqu'on demande le ticket pour justifier le prix on nous donne un ticket avec les mauvais produits. Bref un conseil n'y aller pas. On a prix deux menu a 7 dollars 99 soit 17,50 avec la taxe et nous avons payé 25.99 dollars. La qualité n'est pas très bonne et le service et long. Vraiment aller manger ailleurs. Très mauvaise expérience.

Excellent chicken, rolls, and fries.

NEVER !!!! I REPEAT NEVER come here unless you like cold food that takes 40 mins to get and never have any condiments or mac n cheese or fries literally for a year and very sarcastic workers
