Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location is close to my home less then 10 minutes away. Ordered delivery on the Popeyes app and my order never received. Tried calling the location multiple times and call would not go through. Their chat option on the app is automated and I could not speak to a rep. Spent $50 and received no food with also no way to cancel the order which just kept saying order being prepared on the tracker. I’m also pregnant so this was highly upsetting.

The worse there is a next Popeyes 5mins away that’s better

This is the Popeyes closest to my home and I could honestly say it’s horrible.Their prices are higher than other Popeyes,the quality of the food is not that good.The food is always half way done and the pieces of chicken are always small or barely have meat on them.Everytime Other Popeyes have special offers and deals THIS ONE DOESNT OFFER.Your not able to use the app to get points when you order from this location.If you order Uber eats or doordash they don’t even put the sauces in the bag.They are very much money hungry and don’t care about the customer at all.The hospitality at this location is horrible.It wasn’t always like this I’m so disappointed.

Looks like they threw the food in the box smh paid extra for a chilled drink & always get a regular drink not the first time

they only had two tables and they weren't clean. I was given the wrong drink and had to get it corrected. lastly, the service was not very pleasant
