Not impressed, staff was nice, chicken not so much

It's sad that this place has gone downhill. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and a small coleslaw. I got home, and the coleslaw was missing and the chicken tasted like it was sitting all day in grease.

This place is getting worse. This the third time i got my chicken undercooked..messing up the order is the new normal. And now raw chicken wow! these people dont seem to care at all. Yall double triple check the order brfore you hop out of the store and delivery is big NO for me now. Not sure why they are so reckless and dont care peoples health. Food department should have it checked on a daily basis.

I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 original plain, for my picky son..lol . And a large fry, food was great no issues,

I ordered through Uber eats over 70 dollars worth of food and when we went to pick it up they said they don’t accept Uber eats, but gets it’s on the app and they accepted the order then marked it as complete, because of this Uber refuses to give me my money back and Popeyes refuses as well. They are stealing money from people! Don’t eat here!

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Everything seems to be old. The sides look like they have been sitting out for hours maybe days. The chicken is dried out beyond belief. Nobody seems to care what they are serving society anymore. Apparently not even the store managers. Bet it would be a different story if the paychecks resembled the quality of the food.
