Employees very nice. Not enough employees makes service slow.

Ordered a spicy two piece chicken dinner and only one piece was spicy!

I ordered a large macaroni got a regular mashed potatoes ordered a half gallon fruit punch didn't get it or my extra biscuit I tried calling them

I bought the new wings with the honey bbq sauce. When I looked at them, the young lady drizzled the sauce on them. When I asked for more sauce, she explained that they had the standard amount of sauce on them. I asked for more sauce. That's when her attitude kicked in and was told, if I wanted more sauce, it will cost 1 dollar per box for more sauce. I was standing there in disbelief. I paid the $ 2.12 and kept going. Why did I have to pay $2.12 per box when it was the one order that came in two containers? Maybe it because she failed to shake them up the first time and just being lazy! I don't know, but I will not be going back!

Food was good customer service is not. I asked for lemonade they were out asked for fruit punch they were out asked for sprite got and it was horrible went back in asked for a pie instead of the drink the guy got an attitude at me and walked away the young lady took.over and had a better attitude than he did this store is on mack and Connors

Food was good but the service was horrible. They didn't have any straws, napkins, utensils or sauce. No ice for the drinks. They didn't have anything. But the food was fresh and good.

Just passing by and stopped for a quick lunch. Nothing special. First time I have ever seen bullet proof glass at the counter. Food is given to you thru a revolving service door. People walked in to stay warm while waiting for the bus, but were told to leave.
