Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had an issue with my food that I purchased yesterday. I gave them my personal box of chicken and I saw them put a piece back to serve to a potential customer. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received, the quality of the taste of the food and the lack of acknowledgment in regards to getting the situation addressed for me not having the right food regarding the quantity of the order I placed. This location is a disgrace and Martha is extremely rude!!!

Only customer in the place and has to 10 minutes to get serviced cold beans and luke warm chicken. Oh how I miss New Orleans. Copeland is turning in his grave!

Went to this Popeyes on Northwest highway and Jupiter Rd. Ordered a 3pc (breast,drumstick,thigh,2 biscuits,and a mashed potatoes and gravy. My order came with a drink. They didn't have regular chicken,only spicy so I waited for 20 mins. The food was hot,but the gentleman that waited on me forgot to put my potatoes and gravy with my order. I will not be returning,living downtown it was too much of a hassle to go back.

Red Beans and Rice Review - After deciding I didn't have time to make Red Beans and Rice myself, I went to this location to buy some for a work event. The RB & R here are very flavorful, but not "spicy." The consistency of the beans went well with the rice. Not sure if this item is vegetarian, but because these are made without sausage or chicken, they were welcomed by my colleagues as it was Lent and some weren't eating meat that day. I went through the drive-thru and got five "large" containers of RB & R without ordering ahead. Highly recommend this menu item!

The blackened chicken sandwich was rubbery. They charge you $.50 for a cup of water without telling you.

Popeyes all ways has good spicy chicken. This location is no different. Everything was good and hot. Highly suggest this location. Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options at Popeyes

when i ordered food from here on uber. i order one and got something else. would never go there again

As soon as you walk in, it’s so dirty. Floors and tables filled with food. The drink dispenser seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Too many teenagers working here, they’re just chatting in the back instead of cleaning. Had to go up twice to ask if my food was ready because they kept forgetting. The restrooms are also filthy.. trash is falling out of the trash can and bugs sitting on the sink. If I could give 0 stars I would.
