Great food and service definitely has gone up in quality since last time ten fold

Wanted to try the chicken wings. Big mistake. I might as well have ordered a liter of oil with chicken wings. I was so hungry. I had to throw it away. What a waist of money. I put them in a towel to drain a little. It was pointless. I'm Hangry now.

Only for popeyes no Ross ave E Ing the food was so unpleasant And Chicken that gave her for the oil I told the manager if they can give me my money back And she told me no, her name is Susana, she is very rude, everyone needs to change manager, that's why everyone has a bad customer service, the lobby was so dirty, the tea sweet, tasty, old, so dirty, the lobby, the unpleasant bathroom stinks, no one knows English and I have people, but no one helps them. I need to change everything.
This Popeyes needs to get it together ASAP. The times I have been they forget items I have already purchased. Just today my drink(Hawaiian Punch) was completely watered!! No one decided to fix it before serving to customers.
Stopped getting popcorn shrimp because I would end up with what looked like crumbs or they’d be out of them. Tried the fish sandwich and it was okay. Also tried the Mac and cheese but wouldn’t get it again. Maybe need some water added because of the thick cheese sauce and it was unseasoned.
This place has the worst customer service in the worst food quality. I've been there so many times. I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and I'm finally fed up. They would not get any more of my money. I went up there this last time. I paid for two breasts combo spicy. I get all the way home and realize they gave me two thighs. As you know is a dramatic price difference between two breasts and two thighs. I take it all the way back up there. The young latino male tells me what I said. Y'all gave me the wrong order. He looks at it walks away. Puts two breasts in there and gives it back. I said. Can you swap out my potatoes? He says why I said man. They're probably cold by now. I had to go all the way back home. You give me another potato so I say to him. Dang man no apology. No my bad. No I'm sorry or nothing and he just says nothing and I drove off that is unacceptable and on top of that the chicken he replaced it with was old and cold they will never get my money again
Ordered on doordash which was a mistake. Currently over an hour wait time for a chicken sandwich and coke.
