TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited in the store for over 20 minutes for an online order that was supposedly ready. Got to the store . No acknowledgment what so ever . Nasty attitudes from every woman at the counter . Asked for one employee to check the name on an order that was sitting behind the counter and she huffed and puffed and expressed how she “couldn’t wait until she got off” and literally proceeded to act out like a child . Still didn’t acknowledge my order and proceeded to look at another order and complain that they had “ordered the whole store”.. her behavior was egregious and embarrassing and honestly she should be fired . Popeyes can do WAYY better .. and the only reason I’ll give it 1 star is bc my chicken tenders were still warm and good lol.

No help at all from the manager with the lazy eye. They made a big deal about my order because I got my food for free and they still tried to make me pay. I told them to keep it. I was fully refunded for my points and then some from corporate.

My son loves his chicken sandwich. We had to go back and get it corrected, but he loved the taste. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo. However, he got the spicy chicken sandwich with mayo on it. We went back and they did do it right this time but it wasn't spicy but he said it was still delicious.

Lobby is only open for mobile orders. WTH? Guess I should’ve looked at the other reviews before even trying. Amazing corporate allows this location to stay open. The madness never ends.

The food was hot and delicious as usual.

Cashier was HORRIBLE, LAZY, DISMISSIVE. He completely messed up our order. He was dropping items (not food) on the floor and just leaving it there. Another staff person was picking up behind him. I couldn't believe what I witnessed.
