Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to drive through at 10 pm when google said it closes at midnight. Nobody answers the drive through. The door to the inside was locked but I could see workers hanging out there. This happened multiple times where they just stop taking orders after certain hours.

Took 1 hour and 15 mins to get our food

This establishment needs to do better! I’m done spending my money at this location because everytime I come up there, y’all either never have anything available or my order is always messed up the little times what I want is available. Today, I ordered a 6pc wing combo that came with THREE wings in the box. I asked for ghost pepper flavor and they were STILL plain! I also asked for hot sauce packets that were not placed in my bag when I checked. Management is horrible. The employees always have an attitude. They never answer the phone. The line is never moving (which is pretty questionable for an establishment to always claim they never have anything available)…Just go to another location if you want Popeyes, otherwise you’ll be wasting your time and money at this one.

Popeyes is Popeyes... it's not fast food or never has been but that's the nostalgia of it all... food was good service was good not great just good. But worth the wait this time.. every now and then the food is awesome service is awesome then you might get ok service and OK food. Popeyes is not was to be consistent but that distinct flavor is unmatched and worth roll of the dice with experience and food you might get... if you've ever been to Popeyes more then one you know exactly what I mean...

THEY LITTERALLY ROBBED ME! i ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a shrimp box and some mac and cheese, and only got the mac and cheese and shrimp..there very unsanitary in there as well the inside is so dirty, luckily for me my father is director of the Cleveland heath and safety food admin so i guarantee this popeyes days are numbered.

waited in the drive through for 45 minutes and only 3 cars in front of me. my order was on line and when i was at the speaker im told they had no sides but fries. the young lady at the window was very nice and did her best with me to satisfy my order. but not having product is no excuse and waiting in drive through for 45 minutes is inexcusable since 2 employees stood outside for half a hour while the poor girl at the window had to take orders and fill them too. cajun rice and coleslaw was part of my order but once again not available. i dont recommend this location to anyone because it happens quite often the wait time and availability. seems like the cater to just door dash .
