Bro like legit idk how this place is still open in eastgate just shut it down already

Trust the reviews. This is crazy the food was nowhere near fresh.

Everything all around was terrible, the staff was rude to my husband, they couldn't hear his order and missed half of the stuff he ordered. The sandwich I got had about a half piece of chicken on it and was smothered in mayonnaise.

The food had a good flavor but it wasn't hot. No ice in the soda machine and the dining room was cold. Not our best experience at this location.

Food was good service was good atmosphere was good as well. So why 4 stars? Well, when hubby and I got home to shows me this picture, he took of the urinal from Popeyes men's bathroom. I gaged several times , I can only imagine. He said he flushed it a couple of times, and it didn't change. Now I understand that there aren't really enough people who want to work. But THERE ISN'T ANY REASON FOR THIS!!! I mean, if other fast food restaurants can keep everything clean, especially those restrooms, so should Popeyes NO EXCUSE FOR THIS. Disappointed

Chicken was overdone and tasted like oil was old and restraunt even smelled like burning oil Overall just yuck

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Popeyes.. The manager is a complete shill of a woman who needs to re evaluate why she even works in customer based field in the first place. Completely rude and unprofessional, I’ve never been to a Popeyes that’s as locally hated at the gleneste withamsviille Popeyes. Sad.
