Slow as all hell..... Like 35 minutes in the drive thru!!!

I typically don't engage in trivial matters involving a "fast food" restaurant chain on their website review. However, this experience deserves some public caution, besides this is my family's farewell to the Popeye's Chicken chain. The reputation of a household name, as a go to chicken industry l, known for it's Louisiana Cajun style quality,as deteriorated to a disgrace for the quality and price. Every visit has been humiliated. The trust credibility is non-existent, never receiving what you pay for or Never receiving what you did not pay for, due unavailable.... Better choice is a reputable Chicken that has stood the test of time,better choice,better quality and best experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. I get that it is fast food so my expectations should be low to start with. My experience was awful. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and cajun fries. All of the food tasted old and was very cold. I do not believe this location has a clue about time and temperature standards or cleanliness standards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Go to Woodlawn they are the best

They are so slow

I was there a hour ago and there was Roaches running down the wall by the food! And the place is dirty

Tried to call because they forgot something of mine I paid for, seems they turned the phone ringer off. Tried corporate number which hangs up on you and sends you online to further no avail.. Went online and cant reach a live person or feedback. Too many black run restaurants in this city the corporates overlooks. They've needed a new parking lot paved for some time, and that's not the workers fault. Seems the area is sprucing up some around it, this needs the same attention. Seems theres lack of support from corporate. We see this far too often. But they'll press about shoes and visors not the bigger picture ever.

Sat forever at the drive thru. After 20 minutes I pulled off. That's entirely too long to wait just to place your order.
