Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I work about a mile away and I come here often but I haven't been in a while..Everytime I come I am treated very well by the employees the food is always very hot and delicious but the only thing is that today after not being here for a while I thought the place was closed and abandoned..whoever owns this place needs to spruce up outside..I got all the way up to the door and it took for me to pull on the handle to realize that it was still opened all of the advertising of the different meals were not showing in the windows somebody driving by may think the same thing not trying to bash at all but I want to see this popeyes get all the business that it can..I'm elated that it is still open!!..I want to at this time add to my post..the manager at this location his name is Dairy and i hope i spelled it correctly is a true customer service professional it is a pleasure to see him work and deal with customers I'm hoping that Dairy receives the accolades that he deserves..my next step is to let corporate know what an exemplary manager that he is..wow

Employees need to be better trained. Even if you’re polite to them they are so rude. I drive up the drive thru to pick up an online order the girl says pull to the side and waited 20 minutes I had to get back on the drive thru to let her know I been waiting and she hands me over my food and closes the window. Okay? So were you too lazy to take my food out? Why did you tell me to pull aside? Employees do better.

They need a little improvement

I made an order though door dash and do not receive my fries, ranch, and biscuits. I need to be reimbursed. I called more than ten times and received no answer.

Most disgusting meal. I could only eat one wing before throwing it out. Even the wing was awful. I ordered online and everything was incorrect. Furthermore, even the cold fries were inedible. Do not ever order from this place. I've addressed this with the headquarters.

Every time I come here they never have anything, employees don’t want to work, give you attitude.

Dirty and Ghetto

Don’t order from this Popeyes it never fails they charge you for the items but don’t give them to you. Literally every single time.
