Slow drive-thru took half and hour to get to the window. No one took my order at the speaker. Then had to go back around and reorder at the speaker. Then had to wait to get called to the window.

Literally the WORST Popeyes in chicago

Ordered online, only to wait in line to get my mobile order and was told my order could not be fulfilled because they were out of chicken sandwiches. I received NO notice of this! Then was told I needed to contact customer service for a refund. This was the biggest waste of my time. Why order online if you don't have the products on your website. After going back thru the website and leaving a complaint I did receive notice that my refund was being processed. I will NEVER return to this Popeyes. Management does not care.
