Out of all the Popeyes I've been to, this is the closest to decent service I can think of. Everywhere else you have to wait hours for an employee to not want to help you.

I think the owner has changed. I tried ordering for the third time. The chicken smelled so bad that I couldn't eat it. I will never order again.
