It's gone downhill since it opened.

I went to pick up food for a group(5 people for $60). They left out part of our order and refused to believe us since we had already returned to our place. We brought the food back and the cashier told us we were lying. It took over an hour to get the rest of our order because the cashier wouldn't believe any female (male member of the group had to intervene to get manager involved). So half of our order had been sitting on the counter (when we brought it in as proof) for that whole hour and was cold and congealed. I would recommend never going to this location! If you do check your order before you leave the premises since they have had the wrong order every time I visit, usually shorting you about half your order or more. Service is generally slow. Bathrooms usually dirty. And I repeat THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE WRONG ORDER AND NOT CORRECT IT!!

Will not let you order dark meat only. Have to by every individual piece. Every other chicken place does this. Usually for less, but that was not what I was asking for. Just dark meat

Standard Popeyes - Nice folks, good food and so-so on the dining area.

Food is great but the service is so bad I won't go there anymore. Every time I went it was "sorry sir we out of that right now" or a 40+ minute wait for my food. I learned that the only way to guarantee I didn't have to sit in the restaurant waiting on my food was to order on the app and give them a 40 minute head start on making my food before I showed up to get it.

The customer service was Grand...loved iiiittt.
