Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

we went through the drive through to pick up an order that i had placed through the app. we sat there for four or five minutes before the drive through guy literally told us to drive out of the drive through and go inside the building to get our order. then, we waited in a long line while the workers behind the counter worked sooo slowly. they made at least ten more orders before we went up and asked about the status of ours. the guy said he was making it and proceeded to make three more before giving us ours. when we finally received the order, the guy told us he was out of all of the drinks we ordered and we didn't get the drinks with our meal. along with that, we had ordered extra sauce and didn't get those either.

Place needs a more focused staff . Dirty and disorganized. One thing I noticed they’re to busy talking to each other nonstop rather then working .

Critically understaffed... I saw an employee picking up the chicken tender from the floor and then putting it back to the box of someone's order...

Love this Popeyes! Beatrice normally works the counter and she is always friendly and provides awesome service! The whole staff is great and perfect place for a late night bite.

Do yourself a favor and never EVER order from here in general, but especially on DoorDash. All the one star reviews are true. We decided to give them a try tonight and 90% of the order was either missing or the opposite of what I ordered. My receipt was attached to the bag so I know the order was not switched. Oh and the other 10% that was 'correct'? Literally the most overcooked piece of garbage you could put in your mouth. I love popeyes but do yourself a favor and never go to this location
