I ordered my food last week. At Finley Blvd location through Uber eats. I ate my chicken sandwich. I got a bad stomach virus. I had to go to work sick. I gave this location 3 chances. 3 strikes you're out.

Dirty, Lack of communication, just absolutely no understanding of how to run a Popeyes.
Got chicken that tasted like ash. No sweet tea biscuits where hard as a rock. Fries where cold. Took my over and hour to get our food. I have had this experience at every Popeyes in the Birmingham area. You would think when you pay over 10$ for some chicken it atleast be hot.
This location picks and chooses when they want to serve drive thru, inside, and online orders. How can you expect anyone to wait an hour for food, and then the food not be correct? They never seem to have the correct containers for food, or they are out of food. It's clearly a preparation problem from staffing down to food and supply orders.
The rap music was so loud, the professionalism was straight zero, GHETTO atmosphere. To top this off the chicken was cold and I asked for spicy and got regular. The drive through was accepting cash only therefore I had to go inside.
