Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I usually love this place. But this time was so bad. I order the big family meal, $48. One of my sides was gravy. None of the sides had lids that fit. Well they didn't say a word. So my side dumped out. The gravy went everywhere. All my food was covered with gravy. I called the the store and my call went straight to messages. I left a message but still no call. I emailed corporate and still no response. It's been 2 weeks. $48 dollar meal ruined.

The blackened chicken sandwich is the reason I understood why allem fight could happen on the account its so delicious

Out of ranch, napkins, sauces, chicken was Luke warm

Skip this spot! I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, and it was cold and hard. Also ordered chicken nuggets that were just very hard little nuggets of something resembling a chicken nugget but it was so over cooked there was no meat in alot of them. They were not even edible. Also ordered a few biscuits and they had no flavor and were also cold. This was really the worst experience my family and I have had with fast food, and with Popeyes. This was the second time eating here and bmnever again. Highly disappointed.

Long wait times we waited in the drive thru for quite a while and no apology or nothing they just gave are food

Food is decent, service was meh. When I walked in the cashier didn't greet me. I said hello and asked how she was and got a half smile and she just starred at me. I am the kind that doesn't like want to just spout out my order in case they are doing something else so I was waiting for her to say something and she didn't so I asked can I place my order or do you need more time. She just said "yes". The food portions were small for being a Large and the price vs quality was not the greatest. We typically go to Churches Chicken and after this experience I'm sure we will not return to Popeyes again and continue to go to Churches Chicken. Was disappointed because as a child the red beans and rice was something I loved and it was very bland, the spicy chicken wasn't spicy. The fries were very floppy flimsy, the Mac and cheese definitely was not fresh. The bread was rock hard.

Someone needs to secrete shop this location tonight. Crew was loud and raucous while a huge pike of stuff blocked the restrooms. Like maybe take care of business before have a jolly time in the back. The young man that took my order has excellent potential, polite and such but didn’t know the difference between a thigh and a breast. Gotta blame the management not the new hire.
