Great chicken sandwich in a terrible part of town.

I'm not writing anything but the service tonight because I ordered a three-piece combo. Two wings of breast, a biscuit, red beans and rice unsweet tea. Charged the amount for all of that, but received an unsweet tea fries tenders, three pieces and mashed potatoes and gravy. Wouldn't mind that except for the fact that I can't get through to call someone to let them know that a mistake was made

My experience was good. My drive thru order was ready quick. I'm still puzzled on how to use my card to earn rewards. Have had it for almost a year & still haven't used it bc there is no code to scan like most restaurants. You all make it to difficult

They wantedly miss for the orders you pay for and will not answer calls. We ordered 2 Blackened sandwiches along with family meal. But they missed the sandwiches for which we paid. They missed placing them in the bag which we found back home it was missing. But they won’t answer calls either to set the order straight. Pathetic!!
