Popeye's has a major problem with providing good customer service and order accuracy. It's like every time I go to a Popeyes (drive thru) I have to repeat my order several times and it's still incorrect. On this occasion, I spoke my order into the intercom, the order was repeated to me and it was correct. I get to the window and a gentleman asks me what I ordered and I tell him. About 10 seconds later another lady comes to the window and asks me my order. For the third time I repeat my order. They hand me my food and I drive off. I get home to discover my order is wrong and the food they decided to give me was clearly NOT fresh. Wings were room temperature as if they've been left out and the fries were hard and stale. This has happened at this location as well as other Popeyes location in the area. Employees don't seem to care, and are more preoccuipied with having conversations with their co workers vs providing a good customer experience. Terrible!
Been here many times, this time disappointed wings smallest ever ordered Parmesan garlic got hot wings with Parmesan liquid no garlic.This is my last trip to this location.
The chicken was good. NO LIE! But as I stood there and watched the manager take my biscuit out of my box to fill a customer order in drive thru was disappointing. Then a customer brought dark meat back that they had ordered. They wanted white meat. It was sad to see the employee put the chicken back with the other chicken. So unsanitary. Anyways, I should just stop ordering out. LOL. But POPEYES CHICKEN is the greasy BOMB !!! LOL
Great customer service fresh food
Had a great lunch today. My wait was not to long, food was very fresh and HOT. The lady at the window was very polite and thanked me
