The food was delicious! The employee at the counter was rude, and I did not appreciate his attitude towards his peers or customers.

I went there and ordered 2 combo's number 3 and 5 and charged me for 1 and I ask what happened to the other order and she say if we had the other money for it for real wow if we ordered is cause we have the money wow and the Mananger need to step up get a new 1 please

Ordered online for pickup. Got there a few minutes before scheduled pickup time, Went inside and my order was sitting behind the counter. Since they messed up my order last time, I checked the bag before I left and not surprised at all, missing a biscuit and fries. Told the counter person. She looked at the receipt, looked in the bag, and opened all the boxes then turned around and called the manager over. She told the manager I'm missing items. Manager comes over, and does the same exact thing! Touches everything and opens up the boxes to check. Didn't understand what they were saying to each other because they weren't speaking English.. but I eventually got my missing items. The counter person seriously wrapped the biscuit in those paper sheets they use to grab 'em, and handed it to me like that. Food was cold wings were tiny. Very thin tenders, more batter than meat.

New wing choices are great.

Went through drive through they mixed up the order and the dog on speaker was low so I felt like I had to yell a bit then she would talk low but then it seem like she would yell too. . So get to the window and the order is mixed up but that seems like a me problem and not their problem I clearly stated large for one of them and well received a small and med then because it wasn't heard right or processed right they had to up charge me now my original receipt was for 24.90 they charged me 3.50 to make the order right... but I kept asking for the receipt at first it was because I paid cash I don't get one then I questioned if I need to document this meal why wouldn't I get a receipt so then they tallied everything up and the total cam out to 28.03. I just didn't like the way that was handled. So by this time, I'm obviously getting on the people nerves . Me and my coworker and I ordered the same combo different sizes, and I had classic, and he had spicy... so first off, I feel like I don't go to popeys chicken enough to know that they put a black line through classic, which means spicy. So then I pulled out both sandwiches cause I told my coworker I'm going to be mad if they messed this up. So the lighting is not so good in a blacked out suv, but it's clear as day on both packaging. You see classic he asked for spicy. He bit in, and he said his was spicy. I said ok, I bit in mine, the joker was spicy. So I turn around and go back up there because I can't do spicy with my stomach... I go inside, and I can hear the female and male speaking Spanish and looking at me. Mind you they were helping two other guest which I know for sure one of them the order was wrong, so any way I was like I can't eat spicy I had my packaging and my coworker's in hand with the one bite in it... the lady gonna say it has a line through classic..... I'm like, so I don't work a popeys what's that mean . Needless to say, I received another sandwich one I could eat, but the customer service and their drive-thru speaker is trash. Also, the red beans and rice were salty. Also, if thats the way they mark spicy on a classic sandwich i would advise a sticker that say spicy ,special, or S something other then a dumb line that look like the paper was marked through. I don't order spicy food, so I really wouldn't know that. When I walked into the establishment, it did look clean, so I guess they had that going for them... sorry for the book, but it kinda made me upset. Plus, I was working, so it was a little frustrating going off schedule.

9 straight calls and no answer… they must be sooooo “busy”

I usually have a good experience when going to popeyes, but tonight was horrible. I ordered a #1 combo with an apple pie at the drive-thru. The girl was nice enough when doing the transaction although when I pulled away, I noticed I didn't get fries or the apple pie. I turned around and told her I didn't receive the fries or pie. She asked me to wait a bit. While I waited I bit into a cold soggy sandwich. I went in to exchange it only to get another soggy sandwich. They obviously were sitting around for a while. I then was fed up at this point and asked for my money back. I was asked for the fries and pie (which I never got) back as well as the drink. What a joke. I hope this changes.
